I am a CALIFORNIA STATE BOARD LICENSED ACUPUNCTURIST in the USA. With all my training and decades of hands-on clinical experience, NOTHING prepared me for what I witnessed in my treatment rooms and with my loved ones in the past few years. MY STORY
I am human. I am someone's daughter and auntie and friend. I am somebody's Acupuncturist. I wake up every day wanting to show up and help EMPOWER as many people as possible to HELP THEMSELVES. I have been busy living life, working diligently and trying to be a good human being. I have experienced the health crisis of many loved ones ranging from COVID, cancer, auto-immune diagnoses, dementia and suicide. As a licensed medical provider, I have been on the receiving end of long waits to get help, unsatisfying medical advice and feeling completely OUT OF CONTROL regarding health decisions for myself and for my loved ones. I LEARNED TO STAND IN THE KNOWING THAT I HOLD THE KEYS TO MY HEALTH. NEVER GIVE UP. The human body is an amazing machine, but it NEEDS PROPER CARE. I have made it 1-2-3 easy to understand how to begin strengthening YOU, your immune system, your health balance with easy to follow solutions. These solutions are foundational and will support you anywhere along your health journey.

I believe my paintings not only make the world a better place, but they also shape the people who experience them in beautiful ways. I love that I am able to take it a step further and help other artists find satisfaction in creating their own masterpieces.
